CFF Coach Kickoff
Planning the trip to Harrisburg to attend the CFF Coach Boot Camp was the easy part. I already knew that conferences can be time consuming and demanding, but this one seems like it will go from morning to night. No doubt, I’ll be thrilled with all that we’ll learn, but I’m nervous about being overwhelmed. Oh, well!
David Warlick is the keynote tonight! I’ve always wanted to hear him speak in person and after the first 10 minutes, I’ve already learned 3 new things. One thing that was not new to me is to hear that we learn by sharing. Teachers have always been sharers of materials and information, but now they need to learn to share in the manner that our kids are sharing information. We can’t be afraid of blogging, chatting and cell phones. That’s what the students use, that’s what we need to use. See what I mean, check out Animoto! Online, free and easy to use.
